Cleaning Services Award pay rates 2026–27

The Cleaning Services Award covers commercial cleaning businesses. Unlike many awards, the 25% casual loading stacks on top of weekend penalties, so casual Saturdays are 175% and Sundays 225% of the base rate. These rates apply from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026.

Level 1 Casual

Cleaning Services Employee Level 1. Casual loading stacks on weekends (Sat 175% / Sun 225% / PH 275% of base). Early-morning/night shift loadings are not prefilled.
