Calendar sync, tablet kiosk mode and per-location public holidays
- Add your shifts to your own calendar: subscribe to a live feed or download a file for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook
- Calendar times are always shown in the venue's timezone, so a shift never moves when you travel
- Turn a spare tablet into a clock-in kiosk: staff punch in and out at the counter with their own PIN (live on the web now, and coming to the app with version 1.2.2)
- Public holidays can now be scoped to specific locations, so a regional holiday only applies where it is observed
- 2026 Australian public holidays come preloaded for every state and territory

- Shift swaps are smoother: offer a shift, a teammate picks it up, and a manager approves the swap before anything changes
- The roster visibility setting is now fully enforced: when it is off, staff see only their own shifts
- When a Xero timesheet sync fails, the error now tells you exactly what to fix
