Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. When you're ready to subscribe, you can activate your plan at any time from your dashboard.
What's included in the plan?
Everything. Rostering, timesheets, clock-in/out kiosk, onboarding, leave management, daily checklists, stock takes, cash counts, incident logs, store photo submissions, and more. No add-ons, no feature tiers.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is an active staff member on your account, billed at a flat $5 per user per month. Archived (inactive) staff don't count toward your bill, and there are no limits on locations.
Are there any limits on locations?
No. Unlimited locations are included at no extra cost. Whether you have one site or fifty, the price doesn't change based on how many locations you run.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and you won't be charged again.
