Managers review submissions

As photos come in, managers see them in a grid view — filterable by location and date. Each photo shows who took it, when, and which area it's for, so you can keep an eye on standards across every site.

Tips

Get the most from store photos

Practical advice for keeping visual standards high across all your locations.

Name areas clearly
Give each photo area an obvious name like "Front of Store" or "Display Cabinet" so staff know exactly what to shoot — no guesswork.
Tailor per location
Different stores have different layouts. Set up the photo areas that make sense for each location rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Make it part of the routine
Pair photos with your opening or closing checklist so snapping them becomes a natural part of the daily routine.
Shoot in good light
Encourage staff to take photos with the lights on and the area tidy — clear, well-lit shots are far more useful when you review them.
Review regularly
Open the photo grid each morning and filter by date. A quick scroll lets you confirm standards are being kept across every site.
Keep areas focused
Only ask for the photos that genuinely matter. A short, focused list gets submitted consistently; a long one gets skipped.
