Can I see where staff clocked in?+
Yes. When staff clock in from the app, their GPS location is recorded against the punch, and you can see it beside the timesheet entry when you review the week.
How do vehicle pre-start checks work?+
Drivers open the check on their phone, work through the items (lights, tyres, fluids and anything you add), and submit before heading out. Checks are recorded per vehicle with the person's name, and fuel receipts can be photographed and kept.
Can I run multiple sites or depots?+
Yes. Each site or depot is a location with its own roster and records, all managed from one dashboard. Locations are unlimited and included in the price.
Does it work with my payroll software?+
Approved timesheets push straight to Xero, or you can download a CSV ready for KeyPay and Employment Hero. MYOB and QuickBooks connections are built and on the way.
