Paying under SCHADS or another care award?
Pay templates ship with SCHADS presets and award rules for minimum engagement, broken shifts, sleepovers and vehicle allowances, and the roster warns as you build. Your rates stay yours: confirm them against your award or agreement once and the roster and timesheets apply them.

Is it worth it for one person?
One active person is $10 per month and includes every feature, including claiming, client records and the family portal. There is no minimum seat count.
Can I give families a view?
Yes. Invite a participant, nominee or family member to the family portal to see the coming fortnight, the reviewed notes you share, and statements.
What happens when I hire?
Add the worker, choose Support Worker, Team Leader or Coordinator, and they are rostered and reporting the same day. Billing simply goes up by $10 for each active person.
Do I need to be a registered provider?
No. Unregistered providers use the same client records, notes, credentials and plan-managed invoicing. Registered providers also use the bulk payment request export.
