Home care rostering with the client at the centre of every visit
Every visit is rostered against a client, so the worker sees the address, risk notes and what the visit is for before they knock. Travel between clients, sleepovers and broken shifts follow the award rules, and the note is filed before they drive off.

Made for visits, not venues
Everything before the door
Address with one-tap directions, risk notes and allergies in red, support needs, communication and mobility notes, and the contacts to call. Clock-in can check the worker is at the client.
Travel and allowances by the rules
Paid travel between clients, kilometres recorded at clock-out, sleepover and broken shift allowances, and minimum engagement warnings as you roster. Timesheets carry the paid hours to payroll.
Notes filed before the next visit
The shift report prompt at clock-out means the note is written while it is fresh. Coordinators review from the web, families can see reviewed notes you choose to share.
Credentials for every worker in the field
First Aid, CPR, police checks, driver licence, vehicle insurance and registration with expiry reminders, and a roster that flags anyone rostered without a required credential.

Paying under SCHADS or another care award?
Pay templates ship with SCHADS presets and award rules for minimum engagement, broken shifts, sleepovers and vehicle allowances, and the roster warns as you build. Your rates stay yours: confirm them against your award or agreement once and the roster and timesheets apply them.
Home care questions
Do workers need to be online at the client?
Workers clock in and out from the app and file their report from the phone. Shifts, client notes and forms load when the app opens, so a weak signal at the door is not a problem for the visit itself.
Can clients and families see the roster?
Yes. The family portal shows the next two weeks of visits with the worker's first name, reviewed reports you choose to share, and funding statements. Access is by invitation and can be turned off any time.
How is travel between clients paid?
Travel time between consecutive clients is paid under the award rules you set on the pay template, and kilometres entered at clock-out flow to the vehicle allowance on the timesheet.
What about Support at Home and Home Care Packages?
Clients are tagged by funding type, including Home Care Package and Support at Home, with budgets, periods and statements for each. Claiming formats for those programs are on the roadmap; the NDIS bulk payment request is live today.
