Rosters, sleepovers and handover notes for SIL and residential services
Roster each house around the clock with the award rules in view, let every shift end with a note on each resident, and keep incidents, restrictive practices and worker checks where an auditor expects to find them.
Made for houses that never close
Rosters by house, around the clock
Each house is a location with its own roster. Sleepover windows, overnight shifts and broken shifts follow the rules on the pay template, and the roster warns when a worker is rostered without a required credential.
Handover that lives on the resident
Shift reports can be filed against each resident supported during the shift, so the next worker reads the day in the client timeline rather than a paper diary.
Restrictive practices and incidents on the record
Restrictive practice records with a monthly export, incident reports with NDIS reportable classification and clocks, and complaints in their own register.
Residents and families in the loop
The family portal shows who is rostered in the coming fortnight, the reviewed reports you share, and funding statements, with access you grant and revoke.

Paying under SCHADS or another care award?
Pay templates ship with SCHADS presets and award rules for minimum engagement, broken shifts, sleepovers and vehicle allowances, and the roster warns as you build. Your rates stay yours: confirm them against your award or agreement once and the roster and timesheets apply them.
SIL and residential questions
Can a shift cover more than one resident?
Yes. A shift can be rostered to a house rather than a single client, and the report form can carry a client picker so the worker files a note per resident.
How are sleepovers paid?
A sleepover window and allowance sit on the pay template. The timesheet pays the allowance for the sleepover and the hourly rate for active hours, and payroll exports carry both.
Does the roster warn about award problems?
Minimum engagement, broken shifts and missing or expired credentials are flagged as you build the roster, before anything is published.
Can we run several houses in one account?
Yes. Locations are unlimited at no extra cost, and managers can be scoped to the houses they run.
